Lifted Athlete Program
The Lifted Athlete Program is designed to help young athletes build strong foundations and develop their athletic potential. We currently have two groups: the Blue Program for ages 13 and under, and the Black Program for ages 14 and up. The athlete program is designed for optimal coach to athlete interaction and feedback. We will always have at least a 5 to 1, athlete to coach ratio.
Blue Program (Ages 13 and Under)
Our Blue Program focuses on developing fundamental skills, with an emphasis on proper technique, core strength, and stability. We create a supportive environment where young athletes can learn the basics of working out safely and effectively. As participants progress, they begin to incorporate foundational weightlifting, plyometric exercises, and sport-specific movements.
Black Program (Ages 14 and Up)
The Black Program is tailored for older athletes looking to take their training to the next level. We will cover a wide range of movements and exercises focusing on foundational understanding and execution of Posture, Stability, Proprioception and Power, through eccentric and concentric strength and plyometric training.
Our August sessions are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Lifted Fitness Studio, with a special Plyometric and Speed Day on Fridays at Hackett Park in Sechelt. We will re-evaluate schedule in September to accommodate members.
Requirements:
These programs are designed to meet individuals where they are at physically and mentally. That being said, this is a program for athletes who are self-motivated and eager to excel in athletics. Our workouts will be demanding and will push your child outside of their comfort zone. Hydration, Nutrition, and preparation will be expected and reinforced by our coaching staff.

Are you a public Gym?
We have drop-in rates for small group training and classes. To use OPEN Gym time you must be a member.
What are the LIFTED Sessions?
Semi-Private Training focused on individuals and their goals. We only allow a maximum of 4-5 People at once.
Are your classes Hard?
This is mainly up to you! The Afterburn class is more high intensity, Liftburn is is good entry point, and the LIFTED sessions can be tailored to your taste.
What are your open gym hours.
Anytime outside of our scheduled programming. Usually 16-20hrs a day are available and overnight access is allowed.
