Are you a public Gym?

We have drop-in rates for small group training and classes. To use OPEN Gym time you must be a member.

What are the LIFTED Sessions?

Semi-Private Training focused on individuals and their goals. We only allow a maximum of 4-5 People at once.

Are your classes Hard?

This is mainly up to you! The Afterburn class is more high intensity, Liftburn is is good mixture of thoughtful reps plus some cardio. Pump is slower pace, concentrated on great reps. Flowburn is pilates inspired with weights. LIFTED sessions are based on progressive strength training and can be tailored to your goals. Each class will challenge you in a different way.

What are your open gym hours.

Anytime outside of our scheduled programming. Usually 16-20hrs a day are available and overnight access is allowed.
