Equipment needed: Dumbbells, Glute Band, Long Resistance Band, Bench/Chair
JSF GYM Training Program
The JSF gym training program is designed to take your workouts to the next level and is making it easier than ever to hit your health and fitness goals. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, shred body fat or get strong this program is for you!
Equipment needed: Barbell and Plates, Dumbbells, Cable Machine, Leg Extension Machine, Hamstring Machine, Glute Band, Bench, Pull Up Bar.
Exercise:
• Programs are designed by me, Jill, for YOU, for maximum results.
• Receive a new 5 day split training program every 4 weeks. Each 4 week program includes weekly progressions. *Occasional 6 week programs are added.
• Includes workout videos, step-by-step instructions and training tips for every exercise.
• In-App workout tracker. Track your reps and weights week to week to ensure progressive overload.
• Connect your JSF App to Apple Watch, Fitbit or Withings to gather all your stats in one place!
Macros/Nutrition:
• Track your macros or calories in app!
• Or connect your My Fitness Pal to gather all your macro/nutrition data in one place!
Support/Community

Are you a public Gym?
We have drop-in rates for small group training and classes. To use OPEN Gym time you must be a member.
What are the LIFTED Sessions?
Semi-Private Training focused on individuals and their goals. We only allow a maximum of 4-5 People at once.
Are your classes Hard?
This is mainly up to you! The Afterburn class is more high intensity, Liftburn is is good entry point, and the LIFTED sessions can be tailored to your taste.
What are your open gym hours.
Anytime outside of our scheduled programming. Usually 16-20hrs a day are available and overnight access is allowed.
